You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


How to Initiate a Return

・Provide your order number (found in your order confirmation email or packing slip)
・Once Emi approves your return, we will send you the following information:
    ・Return shipping address
    ・Instructions for the return process

❗Note: We cannot accept items returned without prior notification.


Return Conditions

・All returned items must be sent to our designated return address in Japan.
・Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
・Items must be returned unused and unworn (with tags attached if applicable).
・Items purchased during retirement sales may not be eligible for return.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly address the issue.


Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. Kindly follow these steps:

・Request a return for the original item.
・Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will proceed as follows:

・We will process the refund within 2-4 business days.
・You will receive an email confirming the refund.
・Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be requested within 10 minutes of placing your order. Due to our swift shipping process, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations after this time.

If more than 10 minutes have passed, please wait for your item to arrive and follow our standard return procedure.
